We are now taking reservation for the 2009/2010 season beginning Thanksgiving weekend.

When we contact you, we will need to know specifics about each person renting such as their height, weight, shoe size, style/skill level etc.

Ski and Snowboard Valet Rental Policy

Ski and Snowboard Valet reserves the right to substitute equipment of equal or greater value in order to accommodate all advance reservations.

For an additional $2 per day, you may purchase an optional damage waiver which will cover excessive wear and tear. It does not cover intentional abuse, loss of equipment or breakage (In case of loss or breakage the customer will be charged $200 per pair of skis or snowboard, $150 per pair of boots and $10 per pair of poles).

There is a minimum charge of $26 for any rental delivery.

All deliveries start at 3pm for next full day rental. Half day rental deliveries start at 11am.

Cancellation and Return Policies

Equipment must be returned or be available for pick up no later than 8am on the day after your rental ended to avoid additional charges.

If equipment is returned after 8am on the day after your rental ended, an additional full day's rental will be charged for this and any subsequent days.

The initial deposit of 10% will be forfeited if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the start (8am) of the first day of equipment rental.
